Rotary Minutes – July 14, 2014
Brent Ingersoll, V.P., called the meeting to order.
July 25 - RAGBRAI
Aug. 16 – United Way softball Tournament
Aug. 23 – Rotary Golf Tournament
Kent reported on RAGBRAI. The committee will be meeting to get orders placed for supplies and to organize worker shifts. Will be selling Sweetcorn for $1/ear, bottled water $1 and Gatorade $2/bottle. Dean is providing a canopy.
Birthdays are Heidi Wilkinson on 7/15 and Ronnie Graf on 7/17
No Anniversaries
Rotary Anniversary – Kirk Thiedens – 10 years.
Happy Bucks – Curt Solsma, Kathy Larsen, Matt Vogel, Bruce Bearinger and Bob Larimer
Curt Solsma was drawn for the drawing. He was fined $8 by Mike Kerns, but the whole amount was donated back.
Lifeline Emergency Vehicles from Sumner presented the program.
Meeting was adjourned. Next meeting will be Monday, July 21st at noon at Luigi’s. A board meeting will follow.
