Todd Bradley called the meeting to order
Visitor – Max Gross, Virginia Rotarian, Kate Carey, New ALC Manager in Oelwein and Lowell Gross
Student Rotarians – None                                                                                           
Announcements:
  • August 11 – Party in the Park
  • August 20 & 21 – Heritage Days
  • Sept. 23 – Rotary Golf Outing & 100th Birthday celebration at Dubuque Country Club
  • Todd handed out surveys for new meeting place, time, etc.
  • 50 people helped with Husky Pride Clean-up day with an additional few helping prior for approx. 75 helping total.
  • Received a thank you note from Megan Rex, RYLA Student

Anniversaries:   Neil & Heidi Wilkinson – August 10th – 15 years
Member Anniversaries – None   
Happy Bucks – Gene Fuelling, Deb Howard, Steve Sanders, Sandie Graf, Brett Ingersoll, Joan Loew, Neil Wilkinson, Terri Derflinger and Todd Bradley
Fines – Fines were assessed to anyone who didn’t participated in Husky Clean-up.
Drawing –  $10.00 pot. Brian Batterson was drawn, will carry over to next week.
Rotarian of the Week – Bob Larimer.
Song of the Day – Available for $5 which will be donated to Polio Plus
Program was presented by Brian Schoenjahn, Iowa Senate District #32. Presented updates on the State House.
Next meeting will be August 22nd @ 1 West Office Plex in the office space in the main atrium.
