President Dean Schlitter opened the meeting at Luigis.

Mike Kerns was presented with a Paul Harris plus one Fellow
Two on Tap will perform, April 11th at the Williams Center.
Dean’s Honda will hold groundbreaking on Monday, April 14th at 10:00 a.m. Members are invited to attend.
Board meeting will be held April 14th after the regular meeting.
Rotary will sponsor the Wednesday, April 16th, Business After 5 at the Oelwein Middle School. We will honor 3 educators of the year and also have a fundraiser for the Husky dog statue that will be incorporated with the new landscape project at the high school entrance.
District Rotary Conference will be held April 24-26 in Cedar Rapids.
The Rotary Bicycle Poker Run will be held June 19th, 6-8 p.m. Volunteers will be needed to help with this fundraiser.

April 28 Teresa Wiemerslage, ISU extension and Emily Turk, Food & FitnessHappy bucks were presented by Al Sanderson who was happy to be back, Kathy Larsen was happy to learn she had been a Rotarian for 19 years, and Joan Loew was happy to have visited her daughter in Spain last week.
Joan Loew’s name was drawn for the $9.50 jackpot which she donated back to the club.
Meetings will be held at Luigis through June 2014.
