Announcements:
- Rotary tree planting with trees from Alliant Energy is September 28th.
- Fantasy Football League – this will be used as a fundraiser for Oelwein Rotary this year. Details will be given at the next meeting. Will include college & NFL teams and occasionally a high school game. $20 for all season or $2/game.
- August 19 – Williams Center program “David Frizell” for kickoff of 2017-2018 season
- August 19 – United Way street dance in Plaza Park 8-11pm
- Business After Five on August 16 at Mona’s. Sponsored by Tim Reed State Farm Insurance
- Friday, August 18 – Husky Pride Night – Chuck Long will be guest speaker
