Joan Loew called the meeting to order.

Announcements:
Joan Loew thanked everyone that helped in any way with the Water Walk May 2nd. Coordinators of the project were pleased with the response to make the project successful.
                May 8-9 – Hometown Rewards Audit Blitz. Call OCAD to register.
                May 9 – Oelwein City Wide Clean Up Day at Log Cabin Parking Lot, 8am-Noon
                May 9 – City Wide Garage Sales
May 9 – Oldest Working Refrigerator & Freezer Contest sponsored by Oelwein Hometown Reward Committee. Call OCAD to register an appliance.
May 9 – Shopping Fiesta 10-3 & Cinco DeMayo Celebration 3-8pm
May 11 – Chrysler Park Clean up 6-7pm
May 11 – Board meeting following regular Rotary Meeting
May 13 – Business After Five @ Grandview 5pm
May 13 – Dollars For Scholars Award Night 7pm
May 14 – Farewell Ice Cream Social for Steve Westerberg & Chad Kohagen at HS Cafeteria 4-5:30pm
May 15 – Odd Rods Downtown Parkin’

Drawing – $10.00 pot, & $10.00 pot, Jon King was drawn.
Gene Fuelling assessed fines for anyone that didn’t participate in Water Walk. Several paid for pictures in the paper.
Program was presented by Charles Becker, Camp Courageous Executive Director. He showed a video on the Camp and told about Camp programs.  
Next meeting will be May 11th @ Noon @ Luigi’s.
