Rotary Minutes
11/21/16
Todd Bradley called the meeting to order at Valone’s Family Restaurant

Announcements:
- Oelwein Rotary Foundation fundraiser booklets are due back for the drawing that will be held on Nov. 28th.
- Olde Tyme Christmas will be held on Friday, December 2nd from 4-8 pm. The Craft/Marketplace will be from 2-8pm.
- Rotary is sponsoring the Christmas Photo Booth at Olde Tyme Christmas. Volunteers are needed to run the booth for the following times: 5:00 – 6Pm, 6:00 – 7pm and 7:00-8pm. please call OCAD if you can work a shift.
- Rotary Club Christmas Party to be held at the December 5th meeting and will be at the Oelwein Community Plaza. High School Choir will perform for us. Valone’s will cater the meal. Spouses are invited to attend.
- Todd, Josh & Joan met with OCHS students interested in starting an Interact Club for Rotary. Looking for someone who would be interested in working with this group twice a month.

Drawing – $8.00 pot & $7.50 carryover, Matt Vogel was drawn. Will carry over to next meeting.
Program was a visit presented by Josh Ehn with updates on athletics, academics and more at the High School.
Meeting was adjourned.
